Ah I thought so. Sorry for the OT. Always loved your old Maxima dude.

On topic, I've spotted some nice looking 530's around as well, though if you want to dominate, the 540 is where it's at. Really classy, timeless car though, just beautiful from every angle.

If it were me, I'd look for a GTO and make the kids climb in the best way they can, LOL!

'Course the GTO I like is about 47 years old and came with more carburetors than doors...

I love G8s and looked into getting one but i think the biggest thing that steered me clear was that they arent the best on gas and I had a real mental problem with owning a car built by a company that isn't even around anymore haha

But they are hella good bang for the buck and I know your going to have a blast with it!

I would trade my G in a heart beat for a GXP, tq is great

cam, gears, exhaust, tune and a 150shot and you got a possible high 10 to low 11 sec sedan just not possible with a G

Jeff, take a look at the M35. You know all about these motors and transmissions. So even if you up'ed the mileage, you still know that these cas are good for 180k+. just my opinion.

I'd buy a G8 or 2nd gen G sedan.

It's a damn shame those Maximas are FWD.
