Tire size help?

Alright, so the wheels im going to be buying are 19x9.5 +35 all around. I'm lowered 1.6" front and back on eibach sportlines.

What tire sizes should i get so that there is no rubbing/issues? I also don't want any fender gap, just a clean flush setup. right now i have 18x9.5 all around with 245/45/18 and there is about 1-2 finger gap

any other advice would be appreciated
thanks!

I pix would help out more. Maybe 255/35 or 30/19. That might work.

this is the best pic i got, the rest are on my driveway which is angled up. i'd take pics now but i have the winter set-up going.

Its about a finger, finger and half at most gap between the wheels and fender. the tires in the pic are 245/45/18 all around.

on a 9.5 +35 you can run no wider than true 245 up front or else it rubs the spindle. in the rear i test fitted and drove around the block on 275 35 with my fenders rolled.

alright, i think i'm going to go with the 255/35 rear and 245/35 front. you think that would be fine?

After some more research man, i figured i'm either going to do one of the options:

1) 225/40 front with 255/35 rear
2) 225/40 all around

Just not sure which route to go at this point. and yeh the rear's will be rolled

this is how it looks dropped 2" on 225 9.5 +35. your going to want spacers and coilovers first..
my tire shop messed up when i dropped off two of my cars and put 225s on my g.
