This is good info for "VDC OFF and SLIP" lights on, thank you!

" any of the 4 wheel speed sensors (aka ABS sensor)
low brake fluid
Yaw Rate / Side G Sensor
Stop Light Switch
Steering angle sensor
and a few others:"

I just got the "VDC OFF and SLIP" lights on the other day.
I was acceleration on the interstate over an bumpy/uneven onramp. No code.

They went out after I shut the car off and have not come back on (only 30 miles driven, though).
Noticed the brake fluid did look a lot darker. I had just checked the brake fluid on Friday before a trip and it looked like new, but by Saturday after a long, hot 1000 mile trip (during which the lights came on) that the fluid was noticeably darker. I did have to kick in ABS a few times during the trip, traffic around DC is terrible and people just slam on brakes for no reason.

Anyway, drained and filled the brake reservoir (sucked it out the top), and so everything seems to be fine.

Will keep an eye on it.

BTW drove the car for a couple of years with anymore ABS issues.

However a while ago the lights ALL come back on. Since I got a 2012 G37xS in December I didn't care too much to fix it.

However, since I decided to keep the old trusty G35 I started restoring it. New/used steering wheel, new wheels, clean the inside, replaced the pass side seat. Still looking for a good replacement for the driver's side. Change tie rods, change stabilizer bar links in the rear. Still have to do fronts. Dropped the car on 350Z springs... and a few other things,.

Now I am tackling the ABS issue again. I checked everything as much as I could from the service manual. Couldn't fix it. decided to buy a $50 abs pump on Ebay. cheap enough to try it. When I got the pump in the mail, it had the grounding wire cut off and the power plug cut off. Wasn't too happy. contacted the company to ship another one. In the meantime I decided to also try to (risk) replacing the ABS COMPUTER CONTROL MODULE since it was only $15 shipped on ebay (BTW they still sell for $850-$1000 at the dealer.

Unplugged the old one today, plugged in the new one. Turned car ON, NO MORE ABS Slip VDC LIGHTS. ALL GONE.

I am so happy.

BTW it looks like Nissan replace the part with newer version. The part # is 47851-AM400 the new one is AM401.
