Free Brake Job?

Guys,

My '03.5 now has 14.5K on the odo and I thought I read in here a few months ago (before I moved to CA) that dealers resurface the rotors and swap out pads around 15K miles free of charge. I cannot find the thread. Has anyone gotten their local dealers to cough up such a deal, or am I dreaming that I read this?

Thanks!

The dealers are giving brake warranty for 3 years/36000 miles.

GSM- is this true of the Brembo equipped cars too or are they treated differently?

No, it is only the sedan and the AT Coupes.

I had mine done at no charge last summer. It would of cost me $1000 if I had to pay for it myself....yikes! I have 44k on it right now and the warranty is good until 60k....so I might even be able to squeak out another replacement under warranty.

Thanks everyone. At least I'm now sure that I haven't COMPLETELY lost my mind about having seen this in here before. I'll call my local dealer now...
