Re: A Few New Mods *Pics*

Man, I forgot about this post. Sorry to those who were waiting for a response, I'll try to answer all of you questions and comments.

GeeSpot > Thanks so much man!!

smcallis > You are definitely right at that, but you paid a pretty hefty price for painting everything.

ryoken > Yeah, this guy knows what he's talking about

Fish > The person's name on this forum is aramasa

dholly > You are right and it's probably because of what Dan said. I didn't get 6MT cause my parents have to drive it as well. Congrats on the purchase!! I did not have my rubber strips painted because I would be afraid of chipping. However, AceIt has his painted and he has had no problems through a winter either.

pesti > You da man!!

Dan > You're probably right man.

deadmanincbh > Do it, do it!! haha!! Umm..he modded his audio deck and also added a button there. Notice he doesn't have leather seats, maybe it's heated now for just his side???? His is a Japanese vehicle.

Cali_Eddie > It's a personal preferance and I chose the no spoiler look. I rather have the car look lower from the side and rear angle than have an added peice sticking up. Just my opinion I guess. Good luck on the modding though.

Re: A Few New Mods *Pics*

thats aramasa's car

he drives a 250GT so it comes with a 2DIN slot.

as i found out, the 2DIN center console will only work with cars without premium package. hence single zone a/c

the button is for snow and sports mode A/T

Daniele > Haha!! Glad you noticed. That pic was before I did it to see if it would look nice. I guess I forgot about the reflection. My bad. The car does have the G35 badges shaved now though. Good eye!!

crea > The Eibach's costed me $430 for the kit and $110 for the install in Canadian dollars. The paint job was about $500CAD.

No, no problems at all. I find it hard to believe that I can bottom out with a 1.1" drop. I can clear speed bumps pretty easily as well...no worries.

I konw your not asking MEee.. but I have the eibach's too.. I like them alot.. a bit stiffer ride.. but it looks so much sweeter.. bottoming out.. it depends what kinda driveway you go into.. around my neighboorhood there are some pretty bad driveways.. but the thing you need to watchout when you drop your car..espically on the G is the front bumper.. specifically the black part at the bottom... it will scrape if you dont take curbs at an angle..

Re: A Few New Mods *Pics*

I just got my shift **** today and want to go to infiniti to order that thingy that blocks or prevents the bar from being visible. Do I have to remove that circle thing or just tuck it under the circle plate where the P R D N is? It's a perfect circle and I was just wondering if I have to remove it or try to tuck it around it?

Re: A Few New Mods *Pics*

You can do either or. It's just that the dropped bag looks more like manual. If you tuck it under the plate, it will look okay, but not as nice in my opinion. However, if you take the plate out like mine, you will have to custom a way to have a circle for the bag to stay. I used a coat hanger
