So 03-04 = single piston with 11.7" rotor
Hmmmm you might be right.

Thanks will check the door sticker. I also suspect that she is mistaken about the year. But I was giving her then benefit of the doubt that she knew the year of her car.

You need to confirm the year.
I'm a woman and I definitely own a 2006 G35 Sedan 2WD that needs new rotors/pads/calipers. Is there any brand in particular recommended? I'm reading about EBC/Baer/R1/Hawk and see that Brembo was removed from G35. I don't want a lot of dust so no metalic. Thanks for any recos.

you might want to spend $2 and blast the wheel well / rim area at the self-car wash.. i know you are doing her a big favor, but don't want you to get lung cancer in 20 years..

heh

Personally I am going with

Centric 125 Centric 125
Rotors in the front,
 Centric 120s Centric 120s
in the rear(They dont make a 125 for the rear)

And Stoptech 309 Pads
Front Front
/
 Rear Rear

I have amazon prime so I get free shipping but you can google for better prices.

From amazon w/o shipping its 330

I have an 05 which should be the same as yours, search around here there are many different pad combinations people use. Search for Pad reviews on google..etc

Edit: fixed the front pads to the correct ones.

Thanks Screen I checked all rotors and pads and they would all work except StopTech front - Amazon indicates will not work with 06. As you suggest, I'll have a good search of the reviews to see what other combos folks are using. Much appreciated.

^ Actually I was wrong, don't rely on Amazon part matcher lol

Amazon Amazon

should be the correct ones for the front, the ones I had originally listed are for the AWD model which are different from 06(if you had AWD)

05 sport should have the same part numbers as the rears of an fx.

I run Centric rotors F&R on my '06. I use them with OEM pads.

MUCH better than the OEM rotors i used the last time i did brakes. No signs of "warping" or pulsing in 20K miles. Knock on wood
