Make sure your lugs are all tight

^ This or one of your tire may be out of balance.

after you confirm your lugs nuts are tight, CONFIRM the bolts that hold the brake caliper are on there TIGHT.

I'm sure its one of those.

I'm assuming you had a shake before that is why you chose to change rotors and pads correct? Im gonna say its bushings (control arms and/or compression rod)

^Good assessment. Could be a number of things. I don't think it'll be loose lugnuts because that would be apparent even when he's not on the brakes. My guess is a bushing as well.

Maybe you got the brakes hot and warped the rotors they need to be broken in by not getting hot for the first couple hundred miles just a thought

Depends on the pads you put on you could have heated them up to much and now have pad deposits on your rotors which is giving you the judder sensation. What you can do is clean the rotors with emory cloth and some elbow grease, scuff up the pads a bit, install again, rebed the pads and be sure not to drag the brakes.

What kind of pads did you get?

Check your calipers too if one of them is bad it can make your car shake while braking. My last car (97 t-bird) had the same problem. I changed the rotors and pads but not the calipers. If your car also pulls to a certain side even slightly while applying hard brakes I can almost guarantee you it's the caliper(s)

+1 on the bushings. My compression rod bushings are shot and get a lot of shaking when I brake.

did you have uneven wear on your pads? could also be a stuck caliper causing warping in your rotors from excessive heat.
