omg so frustrating i went to 3 shops and noone knows what the hell this is called.i hate idiots who dont know there own field. i got a haynes book its not in there also ....i come here because i know ppl here know wtf they are talking about when it comes to g35. PLZ help

i just want to get this fix can someone tell me the name of this body part so i can buy the screws

The technical term for that piece is the front splash guard.

Those are your splash guards and they are held in place by thick double sided tape and a couple screws on the tire side. Pretty sure you could just reattach that one (after you've cleaned the connecting spots real well).

The plastic screws are NOT the same as the other ones you have seen. They are slightly smaller. You should be able to get some at Nissan or Infiniti. They are about 2-3 bucks each though.
