Yes, you can.

However, it CAN mess up your syncros and gears if you don't do it perfect.

This is very comman in the Big Rigs, they only use the clutch from a dead stop. But a car tranny is a little bit different, and not as strong.

Pro Tip: don't ever try it when the tranny oil is cold.

lol I think the same could be said about someone who would like to shift without the clutch
