Fog light switch with no lights...
I recently picked up an 03 sedan (base model) for commuting to work. I'm not going to dump a ton into with upgrades as I really only plan on driving it to/from work, but it does not appear to have DRL or fog lights installed. On the turn signal switch there are the usual headlamp controls, and then coming towards the steering column on the same lever, there is another rotating control that appears to be for fog lights.
I can not find any fog lamps or wiring on the front end. Is possible to add fog lamps using this switch or would I have to wire in a separate switch? Any chance the car was wired for fog lamps but did not have them installed?
I have searched extensively on here over the past few days, and cannot track this exact info down, though I have learned a good bit about replacing fog lamp bulbs with HIDs and swapping headlight housings. I have included an image of my front bumper if you guys have any ideas as to where to hunt for fog lamp wiring?
As a followup, if I install some fog lamps into one of the openings on the bumper, is there an easy way to wire them as DRL (insurance discount!) - or would I have to go to back to the ignition fuse panel? I remember my 05 350z had gorgeous white OEM projector headlamps...I wish there was an easy, non-rice option to get those on this car. It made nighttime driving such a pleasure.

The fog lamps are actually in the headlight housing.
Turn on the headlights. The low beams are the top part of the headlamps. These are either HID or halogen from the factory.
Flip the fog lights on, the LOWER part of the headlamp will illuminate. The foglights are actually the bottom part of the headlight assembly.
turn the fogs off and push the stalk forward to activate the high beams. The lower section will also illuminate. The bulb here is a dual-filament bulb with one filament for the fog lights, and one for the high beams.
Very unique setup.

Yup, with USAA I believe we do on the wife's '12 Highlander Limited but they asked about it IIRC.
