Tim's car is one of the most well known rides on this forum. Surely, if someone was to slap those wheels on their ride it would stand out big time. I for one, am always on the road in the LA area and i can always spot a modded g from a mile away. btw Tim, glad to hear nothing else was taken and good to see your car on some rubber again.

Jesus man... My stomach dropped into my ***** when I saw those photos on the first page. I'm glad that insurance is helping you buy new ones. Interested in seeing feedback on the new locks-
Fortunately, I have cheap wheels but if I'm going to make that kind of investment I'll want to use the right tools.

Damn, decided to log on for the first time in over 6 months and this is what I come back to. Hate to see stuff like this happen. What part of Houston are you in? I haven't heard of any wheels disappearing, but I live out in the 'burbs.
Hope you find a new set. Let me know when you decide to get rid of those Coupe 18's. I've been looking to replace a couple of mine with some in better shape.

Ahh but see if I was at home and the alarm on the car went off. You bet your a$$ being in Texas and having the castle doctrine available at my disposal. A .223 caliber bullet would be travelling from my bedroom mirror to the perps body mass or skull. Then I will call 911 and explain I would like to speak to my lawyer and request they clean up the mess in the driveway.
i believe you must occupy the vehicle being violated for "Texas Castle Doctrine" to be enacted and thus justify the use of deadly force. you can always plant a weapon on the perp (LAPD style haha). then its more black and white in terms of the law (self defense)

I'm in Spring and live in a nice neighborhood. Apparently several Gs were targeted around here lately according to the UPS man, he's seen 3 more of them on blocks in this area. As soon as I find another set of Gravis1's I'll let you know the 18's are for sale.
