I called the cops as soon as I saw the theft and filed a report. And Gary I'm looking at all forums that have our same bolt pattern and found a couple of search engines that check every Craigslist post in the US. I hit that up twice a day for the Gravis1s.

Smart, hopefully you get lucky and find the person responsible. Have you thought about sending those pictures of your car on blocks to the manufacturer?

Nick I haven't because the wheels have been discontinued for several years. I had a chance to visit the US headquarters of 5Zigen in 2011 when I was in LA for the 3rd Sedan GTG meet. It was cool but they didn't have any Gravis1s then either.

That's really a shame

I think those wheels were a perfect look for the G35! They should bring them back

I remember putting 5Zigen wheels on my G35 in Need For Speed lol

Both sets are the shizz and my car rides smoother and quieter than it ever has until I push it since I've owned it. Definitely a big difference in ride quality going from 19s to 18s. Here's why the 245s wouldn't work lol.

I have done 235/45 and 245/45 all around but on 350z/g35 springs. I imagine you had issues with the front on 245/45 due to the drop and could have cleared it if you raised it up a tad. That is entirely up to your driving preference but 245/45 is able to fit on the front at stock height or 350z springs in the front.

Good point Faiz. I never had 245/45 on the fronts though, when I bought the wheels they had 9 year old 225/45s up there. I really like my ride height so 245 isn't an option because they wouldn't even clear the fenders with the wheels turned. They're fine on the rears of course and I am impressed at the performance of my current set up. Having good quality tires is also a huge plus, these are probably the best tires I've ever owned.

Thanks Sam, I've already talked to this guy but they are 5x120 for a Mercedes so they won't fit on a G. There's also a set in Philadelphia that's in rough shape and the guy wants a ridiculous amount for them so I told him no. I'm still looking every day.

Mustang Saleen wheels ?

I put my old stang wheels on my G35 and didn't care for the look. Offsets stick out too much but maybe OK for the superstretch look I guess...

I bet a bigger tire would fill the wheel well in a bit more.

Mustangs OEM tires have slightly short sidewalls than G35's so just swapping the wheels over would give that "rubber band" look.

I'm really curious to see how they look with a more proper tire size and lowered to eliminate the wheel gap.
