I bet a bigger tire would fill the wheel well in a bit more.
Mustangs OEM tires have slightly short sidewalls than G35's so just swapping the wheels over would give that "rubber band" look.
I'm really curious to see how they look with a more proper tire size and lowered to eliminate the wheel gap.

Looking at them in the boxes in my garage I like them better than the Gravis1s I had stolen and I loved those wheels.

Looks like you had the 10" rears, mine are 9" all around and fitment will be spot on.

Thanks for the kind words fellas. To answer questions the specs are 18X9 +30 all around and no, Infiniti centercaps won't fit, they are too small. I was hesitant to buy these at first but did some research online on the company that distributes them and they have a lot of good things said about them. The shop I had install mine this morning also does business with the company and have never had a customer complaint about their products. The wheels have a 10 year workmanship warranty so if they crack, bend or break Wheel Replicas will replace them on the spot. They are also local to me here in Houston, I found them on eBay, and went to the warehouse to pick them up. The guy that helped me out (Greg) was super nice, pulled all four one by one from the boxes and made sure that I saw all of the sizes and offsets were correct, then he waxed each wheel before re-boxing them. I saved a little money because I didn't have to pay shipping but did have to pay tax and walked out the door paying right at $600 for a brand new set of wheels that were perfect for my ride. As you can tell I'm not worried about status when I mod, I do what makes me happy and I really like Amanda's new look. I'll get everything buttoned up with the spacers back on (might leave the 5mm up front off and dial in a little more positive camber to get to around -.6) then take some proper pics. I've got a humorous idea for a thread to put in the media share section when I get everything tied up and I can take some more flattering pictures.
So, I think I liked my previous look with the Gravis1's a little better, but I like these rims better. Since the Gravis1's were 19s they visually made the car look a little more aggressive but I've fallen in love with the ride on the 18s, especially with the Pilot Super Sports I put on and won't go back to 19s any time soon.

For sure man I'm in Huntsville right now but I'll let you know next time I'm back in Houston.
