PRND light on gauge cluster

I just wanted to let you guys know the front/right side of the D in my gauge cluster has been flickering for the past 2 months. Yesterday my battery started to die and tested bad at autozone. I bought a new battery and now the Prnd light works again. Just letting you know if you have a similar problem it might be the battery is on its last legs.

Interesting, the top half of my odometer readout is dim and my battery is fairly new. It's been that way for over a year.

You never know. I would go to a store like autozone and have it tested. Btw 176k on my car and running strong.

Good point, I'm at 120K and still no issues other than the odometer and the clear coat on the top of my mirrors is peeling off. Car is always polished, sealed and waxed regularly so not sure what the issue is there.

Id use opticoat 2.0 on top of those mirrors.
It'll restore it back to factory finish and will last you longer than the car itself.
