Clicking noise!!! Help!!

I've had this car (06 sedan) since 07 with little to no issues. The noise I'm hearing is a clicking noise when i turn the wheel right and sometimes left. Nothing in a straight line and if I dont turn too sharply i can some what control it. It is coming from the front and will stop when the car has been washed or it rains, for a day or two then back to "click-click-click" when i least want it to...

Car is dropped on tein stechs, same springs and shock setup since buying the car in 07. Tires are worn and getting replaced soon. Hoping to upgrade shocks or springs with coilovers as well. I doubt either of these are causing it but its about that time either way.

Brake pads and rotors were replaced with EBC rotors and red stuff pads a few months before the noise started. And every since putting the combo together I've noticed a bit of noise from the rotors, like a sand paper type grind when brakes are applied. I read online that its normal with EBC red stuff pads, most hating it. It drove me nutts but the clicking is driving me insane!!...So I'm thinking maybe that could be it. I torqued everything down to spec when i assembled it all and this site help me with the specs.

I've searched here and random google searches have pointed me to a few other sites but nothing has pin pointed anything...

Was going to stop and pick up some new brake pads today but after googling "good brake pads for g35", I got another headache lol....

Please help!
I plan to get under the car again soon...

not an expert.... you'd have to talk to Derek at Grubbs.... however sounds like Wheel Bearings issue to me.... anyone else can chime in specifically since when you turn it left and right but not straight...

Need to search man. This is all over the place. Guarantee it's your front control arms. The bushing fails in them.
