Check the 10A fuse # 38 in the fuse / relay / fusible links box right in front of the battery. Here are some pics:

He hasn't logged on in over 3 years so you probably won't get a response.

But I'm still here. If you can't find the fuse yourself tell me the year and model of your G and I'll look it up for you.

I replaced the fuse with a brand new one and they still don't work. I checked the wires under both seats and everything is connected.

Check the RELAY at the IPDM not just the fuse. Also do the lights on the switch illuminate when you turn them on? This is a basic and not-exact way to check there is actually voltage going to the switch.

I apologize, electrical components are not my thing. The lights do not turn on either. Where is the relay located in the fuse box? And what is the relay called specifically?

I've never physically looked up the relay and the description of the FSM says it's integrated with the IPDM (fuse box next to the battery). If the lights don't turn on then you aren't getting power to the switch which means start looking at the IPDM.

I recommend paying for a dealership diagnostic because I have a feeling your IPDM relay is cooked and is non-replaceable.

Dang that sucks. Everything works on my car except the heated seats and the passenger side front and rear dome lights. I replaced the bulbs and nothing. Do you know what the dealership would even do if the ipdm is irreplaceable? Reprogram it?

The relay inside the IPDM might be soldered on or something. Worst case is you need a new IPDM, HOWEVER, there's also a chance it's just the wiring going to the switch, still gotta probe for voltage at the switch, possibly the switch ground broke off, etc. Lots of troubleshooting left to determine the root cause of failure.

Thank you for the encourage. Let's hope and pray it's something small. I'm gonna take it to a trusted shop that has a lot of experience on INFINITI's.

Could very well be on its way out. Anything else in that circuit having problems? (IE city lights, etc).

Everything else works, lights, power seats, etc. I plan to take my car to the shop this week so I'll keep this thread updated when I find out.
