Took one for a spin today at the local Infiniti dealer. One word to describe it. Awesome!! Some of the dealers might have it in display now. They will start selling Ms in March.

Here are a couple of sites:

http://www.infinitim.com/

http://forums.freshalloy.com/ubbthre...t=&Board=UBB14

These are the two that I know of.

The M is WOW!

I sold my 2003 G35 (bought the second one on the lot!) last month, fully intending to buy a new 2005 G35. But then I took my annual trip to the Detroit Auto Show and saw and sat in the M35 and M45. That changed my mind in a hurry. My local Infiniti dealer called me a week ago and told me they were getting one of each in and would I like to drive them? I went over there right away, drove them both and ordered a M35 sport with everything but the entertainment option (DVD movies for the rear passengers). What the G didn't take away from BMW sales, the M most certainly will. The M is a total WOW car. And here in Texas I'm going to LOVE those airconditioned seats in the summertime.
WARNING: Don't drive one unless you are fully prepared to buy one!!

I saw the M45 at the SF Auto Show and it is definitely a "WOW" car as spcfx described. I have definitely considered trading in my G for one, but I'm not quite done with it yet.

I just saw a bronze color one yesterday driving around, not sure if it was a 35 or 45. Man, it looked great on the road - better than in the magazines. Looks a million times better than any of those new funky BMW's and boring Mercs.

I saw the M at the Miami auto show. They had ot all roped off and wew doing a photo shoot with models. The car looked awsome. Although, at first glance, I thought it was an updated or modified G. I would probably love it also but don't like the near 40 grand price tag for the M35 . Also, I have that memorey of Infiniti Consumer Services lack of caring or helping me so I don't really want to buy another Infiniti product. Buy the Beamer 5 series.

I'll admit I have not seen one live but read in mags & in forums. I am wondering instead of a 45 would not the new 300 with the new hemi or Cadi STS-V, both at over at 400hp be a better driver? I also really like the look of the Cadi with the stainless grill? I think the M45 is 330 hp??

Just wondering?

Yeh, I'm on the same boat w/ many of you guys. I love my sedan, but the M is very appealing. Looks like this site might need to add a "M45" section right under "G35 Sedan".

The only drawback I can see to the M45 is the fuel consumption. If you thought the G was not so good, the M is likely to be a true guzzler. Oh well, ya gotta pay to play.
