I have my g35x running 6k hids at night with stock ballast and I live in Canada so I need a drl module. But mine choked and died so now I haven't had my drls running for about three months now. But the other night when I was about to drive my hids come on of course but my passanger drl or the low beam like is always on now with the hids. It never was before and I don't think it's suppose too. Anyone had the same problem??

Check the drl module. Its a little black box mounted on the strut tower by the passenger headlight.
You can open it up by spreading the cover over the tabs. Its just a circuit board inside.
Mine was broken off the mount and hanging upside down.....thus full of water and it grenaded itself.
Maximas and altimas use the same box if you need to replace it.
I had to piece together 3 different modules....including replacing resistors and a couple diodes. Been workin for over a year.
$5 for two broken ones from a junkyard vs $350 from infiniti.

Yeah but the problem with what your saying is that my module has been taken out for 3 months already

 

You do know the DRL is also the fog lamps as well right? Duel filament bulb that runs high beams and fog lamps.

So...are your fog lamps on?

 

Yeah I do know about the fog light but it's not on and it's only that one passanger light that's on cause the divers light is off
Both of my lights work but it's justt the one light comes on

 

Try replacing the dual filament bulb.
