road noise?
I have a 04 g35x. only mods so far is a ztube and knn panel filter. the thing is i have really bad road noise coming from the front driver side. i put new good years all around and the noise persists it starts at low speeds. below 20 and continues to get louder the faster i go. rattles the whole damn car. if anyone has a CLUE as to what's up lemmeknow. btw I'm no noob to cars or nissan/infiniti, feel like I'm chasing

Two possibilities on the noise you're describing, check your front tires for wear on the inside 1/4s. At one point the noise got so bad before I installed a camber kit (bought new tires) I couldn't turn up my tunes loud enough. Wheel bearings are another possibility but you should also hear grinding noises too. Both are easy to check...Gary

Op, raise the wheel up with the provided jack and rock the whee from top and bottom (hand on each part of the tire mentioned). If there is "play" then you likely need new wheel bearings.

I got the new bearing in yesterday. not the easiest thing to remove, aluminium and steel don't mix to to well. it was siezed up like no other. even with a mac tool hub tamer set and lots of pb blaster. cleand it up put the new one in pressed in the hub. wow. its like a whole new car. thanks for most of the input.

In order to diagnose, i had to take the wheel and rotor off and physically grab the hub and turn it. Only then could i feel the roughness.
