Question New Noise in my G35sedan

Oky, the noise is getting worse here. It is not rattling from interior, and the noise is in the front. I really need you guys to fill me in for some information before I go and describe it to my body shop guy. Here are the descriptions:
1.It’s like a popping/cracking noise in the front.
2.It happens when I drive, make turn, make stop.
3.The noise is not constant, sometimes I get it and sometimes I don’t.
4.The noise never appear when I’m on highway when speed is over 100km/h (60miles), wont appear even I hit a bump.
5.I’m not sure if it’s my suspension because it never appears constantly on all bumps I hit.
6.The noise appears when I hit on breaks or I stop from accelerating.

I hope you guys can help me on this one, because it is getting annoying and dont know if its dangerous to drive with this problem.

Thank you.

Read the issue this person had when lowering his sedan. Information is in this thread, turned out to be an end link bolt.

Also see the post below. Your noise could be almost anything, though.

There a TSB about this. The fix is to push, pry the radiator support bracket away from the left "chassis side member". Special Service Tool needed: A Big Screwdriver.

Talking Just came back from bodyshop

I just came back from bodyshop, changed my oil and they fixed the noise in front.
Its the end of the sway bar, NOT SUSPENSION NOR SPRING. The bolt came lose and can be move with shake. He tighten it up, and the crazy cracking sound is gone.

What a happy day~
If anyone need more detail, PM me.

Also changed to bosch blade, they wipe much better then the stock. It does clean the end of the window at passanger side.

Just curious, why did you take it to a body shop and not the dealer for this?

Lots of reason for that:
1. I do oil change at that bodyshop.
2. I know the guy who is taking care of my car.
3. Dealer will charge me $ for it, while my bodyshop did it for free.
4. I brought it to the dealer, and they did not find the problem.
5. I dont want to book time to the dealer, because they give me ford for loaner.
