Looking into ~180000 kilometer 06/07 G35x, questions regarding maintenance

Hello everyone, I've been actively looking for 2006/2007 Infiniti G35x's around my area in Alberta, and they go for around $8000 Canadian Dollars (~$5700 USD). It's a pretty fair price I think for me, but I was worried about routine maintenance prices.

I found this picture:

of a 120,000 miles maintenance schedule for the G35x, and it actually seems pretty reasonable, just mostly changing some filters, oil, fluid flush, etc. However, I don't know how to work on a car and I'm not allowed car work in my condo complex, so I'll have to take it to a mechanic.

The main thing I'm worried about is the drive belt replacement. The parts online seem really cheap, but I'd imagine the Nissan/Infiniti dealership or even an independent mechanic will charge more for the parts and the labor will be expensive as well.

I'm also quite worried about the Engine Coolant System replacement.

I was wondering roughly how expensive this drive belt job is (parts and labor), and if I can possibly use this as a negotiation point. Also, how expensive roughly will the Engine Coolant/Flush system replacement be?

Thank you so much everyone!

Didn't you recently make another post saying almost the exact same thing?

Look here: https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sed...cular-car.html

Why start a new thread?

Yea I realized my mistake after posting. This thread is more like for opinions on the 3 cars. Should I delete this and post these links in that other thread? Thanks again!

For that price you can easily get a G with less mileage in Canada. I've seen a lot of them down here in BC for that same price with less mileage. There will be a decent gap when it's 2006 vs 2007 due to the refresh. You can easily hustle the price down accordingly and if not, they're overpricing it.

For sure, thanks for that. The $8200 with 155000km seems pretty good if I can get it lower
