Your driver side comp rod bushing is bad. I promise that's your problem. Those one piece poly bushings are known for tearing. It's not apparent upon visual inspection that's why your mechanic says its not bad. Go with energy or whiteline.
The only way caster goes out on our cars (completely non adjustable) is if the frame is bent, the stud is bent (like yosip said) or the comp rod bushing is bad. If you haven't been in some horrible frame twisting accident, the bushing is really your only option.

Alright I'll push out the bushing and inspect it. I also found out yesterday that the bushing may not have been installed properly. I called Armstrong Distributors yesterday and they informed me that the flat side of the bushing needs to face the front of the vehicle. So orientation does matter and if the bushings aren't oriented properly, i'm willing to bet that it destabilizes the compression rod.
