Yes I do. I have driven with and without the hubcentric rings and there is no difference in this behavior. T

Maybe a warped rotor, bent wheel (but you said they balanced fine, so probably not), and how about your CV joints inner/outer and/or the axle itself?

Check the replaced caliper again as well. I replaced one and the reman went bad about a year later and I had to get another one.

I second that. Not unless you have some aftermarket arms installed there.
My SPL camber arms needed bushings replaced. Stock don't.

To check your brake calipers. Get on the freeway and go up to vibrating speed. Then come to a stop using transmission braking rather than brake pedal. Once you stopped check the temperature of each rotor. If one is significantly hotter than others, you'll know if calipers are dragging on that side.

Also, what brand of tires are you using, have they been replaced recently when you balanced them? Could be defect in the tire that causes it to wobble or shake at speed.
