What did you do to the G Sedan today?
I would have had to pour in 2/3 of a quart of oil on the end of scottwaxs 390 mile trip as my 2005 6MT sedan with 118K miles on it burns 1 quart every 600 miles, so I top it off every week or two and treat the oil like gas. The best part about the rapid OC and me continuously topping it off is I noticed is my oil is so much cleaner than any other typical car with the same mileage driven that doesn't have a OC issue.

But my '74 Z/28 was going through a quart of 60W oil every 50 miles. I had to use spark plug non-foulers for their original use-keeping the plugs from fouling. Funny thing though, it still ran really strong.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

I've always loved the sound of the Tanabe, just not the look of the single tip.
However, you do have a cool cat hanging out with you lol.

Originally ordered the Megan exhaust from THMotorsports but turns out it was on back order with no production date in site. So they split the difference with me between the Megan and the Tanabe and shipped it out immediately. Did the deal on Tuesday, exhaust showed up on Thursday.

Do you feel any difference in power?
Hard to say. I slowly replaced exhaust components and I never base-lined it before I began.
I started with high-flow cats and a coupe mid-pipe, then a year later added a Magnaflow muffler, a 3/8" plenum spacer and a CAI, and most recently the G37 Y-pipe. Definitely a difference from stock, but it's difficult to say for sure if any one specific part made a difference.
The new Y pipe gives a nice low burble, though.
Also it sits a bit lower on the car than the previous Y-pipe and scrapes the crest of my driveway. So I need to address that.
