Some sad news (but)

Hey everyone,
well I gave my g35 to my wife. It was a rather sad day. But on the bright side, I upgraded her civic to a WRX STI . I will pickup an 2004 silver sti tommorow. That car is just nuts. I am so hype. Counting down the hours. I just wanted to share this occasion with everyone.

I was about to buy the STi, but after the test drive on a bumpy road and hearing the interior rattle like it was loose, I test drove the 6speed G and bought that But congrats, I love the STi.

There are no right or wrong decisions with cars. They appeal differently to different people. Enjoy your new ride!

Congrats on the STi, at least it's not an EVO (j/k). If yo haven't already, check these two sites, www.nasioc.com and www.i-club.com. I go by SUBYBUS on i-club.

Sounds like your wife made out pretty good. They would have to put a gun to my head before I would exchange a G for an Sti.

Enjoy the Sube but you'll have to take the G out rolling for old time's sake.

Great cars - different missions.

now you got both the sti and you have a g in your back pocket whenever you want to drive it, looks like you made out pretty well.

Yes i feel like i have best of 2 worlds . The G is going to be the family car ( weekend trips etc) the STI. is my everyday adrenile rush. Dont get me wrong i love my G. But the other half of me always wanted a straight up race car

How's that sad news? That sounds like the perfect setup if you ask me. You race around in the STI during the week and cruise the G on the weekends.
