G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

Doesn't make your ride any harsher or stiffer, that's all in the shocks/springs. The aftermarket sways tighten up the steering geometry by being thicker and stronger so they don't have as much flex as the stockers. Also I believe these days they are all adjustable on exactly how much they affect handling. You will notice a big difference how the car handles the moment you pull out of your driveway and when you get up to speed and start to really see the effects you'll have a huge smile. When you turn the wheel the car instantly responds instead of feeling a little floaty and sloppy.
If you have any mechanical know how and a few tools, the install is stupid easy as well so a satisfying mod and a good way to avoid silly high shop labor prices. The sways should be under $400 for the set as well, you can also find them used at a steep discount if you look around.

Also need to add if you have high miles and are still on stock endlinks you might just replace those as well. They'll give out pretty soon with the extra pressure of the new sways, but the good news is they're cheap. Check RockAuto.com for great choices/prices on OEM replacements.

Regarding the OP's question... Post #2 nailed it as far as I'm concerned. Fix the issues with the car, then mod it if you want to, but don't expect to increase the value of the car with mods.
