Spark plugs

I bought the Bosch Iridium plugs to put in. I was wandering are these ok to go with or should I return those and get the NGK plugs?

Plugs are plugs. If they are on the cross reference chart they will work fine.

It's quite funny that you are asking that question after the fact

Why did you not ask the question prior?

I have found that these cars perform best with NGK iridiums. I prefer one step colder but stock heat range is fine as well. Part # LFR6AIX-11

Yes, the NGK are better. I've had both the Bosch and NGK and there is a noticeable difference. I also prefer the Laser Platinum NGK vs the Iridium. Reason being is that the Iridium gives you a false confidence in longevity - they do NOT last 105k miles. Not with decent performance anyway. Change the Laser Platinum NGKs every 40k miles at you'll always be running at peak performance.

I bought the car used with 134k miles and I put on another 60k before the change so I'm assuming 190k.

Clean your throttle body, and MAF. Should fix your idling problems. Change your PCV valve too. It's probably never been changed.

Also, check for cracks in the rubber coupler between the intake tube and throttle body. Cracks in that coupler (or anywhere after the MAF) can pull in unmetered air and cause idling issues.
