Might look into the OEM cams from the 2001-2004 Pathfinder, those VQ35DE cams had a shorter duration. Not sure where they made power at, I only looked up cam profiles for the VQ, However I would look into other modifications like weight reduction and aluminum driveshaft / gearing before I looked into a cam swap.
