I'm also a firm believer of a bonding kit for this vehicle or ANY vehicle that uses the chassis as the primary source of bonding. Nothing beats a copper wire going from the battery negative to the actual components. That would be my one major complaint of Japanese vehicles in general, there are simply too many potential points of failure along the entire bonding system.

Also, the tranny bonding lug at the timing cover is the only point that needs to be bonded, it goes straight to the harness on the transmission and there are no exposed bonding points on the transmission itself just the internal connection on the TCM itself.
