Should I worry about this?
So I took my car to my buddy to install some tie rods and an awful accidental happened.while he was about to finish the jack slipped from the front of the car because of the floor surface and the car fell and popped my radiator up and cracked my radiator bottom support and my car leaked coolant. My buddy bought a new radiator and fixed the problem and all and my car is good now it doesn’t overheat or anything and my ac blows cold and heat is good but it’s currently being hold up by zip ties smh.Anyways I learned my lesson and will no longer be taking my car to him but I’m wondering is this gonna cause a problem down the road or should I buy a new rad support? Again please don’t flame me I learned my lesson and will no longer take my car to him

I can't see the photo it's a black image but from what you said it's probably a bent front member which is a replaceable component. Yes you need to fix it because tie wraps will get brittle and crack, yes they'll work in the short term if they are good quality ones like for HVAC duct.
Never go back to that guy, sounds like he doesn't even know where the correct lift points are located which is the first thing to know, if you don't have that mastered you'll probably fail at everything else as well.

My guess is it happened while lifting the vehicle to set it on the jackstands, that dimple on the crossmember for the service jack is fairly small and with a large shoe on the service jack I can see how it would happen if you didn't look exactly at what you were doing. When I use the large shoe I always try to get the ridges on it behind those two mounting bolts next to the dimple so it can't slide.
Using the smaller shoe it's never an issue.
