i have a 2004 sedan the stock headlights were 7 prong xenon and the new lights are spec d 2005-2006 6 prong that require a different ballast. was just wondering if anyone could help out havent seen anyone try to do this. is it possible to rewire off my car harness to these lights?

 

I can't help on the wiring but the 05-06 light assemblies will look like butt on your 04. They will fit the space your old headlights occupied but because the front fenders and hood are different on 03-04 sedans from the 05-06 you will have poor fitment and ugly gaps. In 10 years on this forum I don't know of anyone here that did the swap and was happy with it.

so basically i just have to get a 05 hood and bumper to match the headlights. or possibly even eyelids. thanks for the feedback guys

 

05 hood, bumper, grill and both front fenders will need to be changed for it to look right. Forget eyelids, they look like azz IMHO.

I will say I've always been jealous of the 03-04 hoods, I love the raised section in the middle of it. Looks more sporty than the 05-06 hoods.
