Check your alignment and front end suspension. I had that issue, turned out my LCA's were pretty shot and when going straight, the steering wheel tilted left.

Worth a check, always like checking the easy stuff first. My experience with Toyotas and other vehicles, low brake fluid usually triggers the parking brake light.

For the OP, definitely get a good code scanner that can read ABS codes and see what it is pulling. My first inclination would be an ABS wheel speed sensor or ABS ring gear issue at one of the wheels.

First, check your brake fluid level.
Second, read up on the hundreds of threads on this issue!

Very possible you have a clockspring going bad under the driver's airbag. Do not use anything other than an OEM part if that's it but you'll have to have the VDC reset after it's put in. A/M clocksprings are available cheap but they're made wrong and don't work. If your steering wheel control lights are going out it'll fix that too.
