My G35X doesn't have the rear driveshaft tunnel stay assembly, or as most of us call it, the W brace. These are old cars now and ones that have been in the Northeast and driven in winter probably have all rusted in half anyways.

I have a PN for the assembly brace itself. I don't have the PN for the hardware that attaches it, because the Infiniti part diagram shows a straight brace (think upper strut tower) and not the W brace that actually was in place.

I believe it's 3 nuts and 2 bolts each half, but might be 3 bolts and 2 bolts. In any case, does anyone have the PN for these?

Sorry, misunderstood. If you'll call the dealer and give them the part number of the stay. They might have a listing for the attaching hardware. I know some of them do it that way.

Also, strongly recommend you take the new brace and thoroughly coat it with undercarriage coating or it's going to end up rusted out badly.

 

i still haven't done this yet... @cleric670 i was looking at your post and those are PN lookup codes, not part numbers themselves. WHere did you get that diagram? Happy to look on there for myself... All the diagrams I've seen have a weird upside-down upper strut tower brace and are clearly wrong.
