2022 G35 Aux Install

Okay so you've probably seen a post like this a million times but here I am to make my mark.

I have an 06 Sedan non bose, I am looking to install an aux cord/port. Many other posts I have seen the links are expired or the cost is ridiculous. Would it be possible for me to splice in a aux cord into the headunit??! Probably not from what I have read, so I looked further and found this HERE commonly used in G37's center console . Here's my theory maybe just maybe I could plug it into the back of the headunit where the cd or pty port is and run that into an adapter like this
HERE HERE
and plug it into my phone that way. Although I'm pretty sure it would need power to work. If anyone knows anything about if this could work please reply back. Or alternatively link me something that will get the job done at a reasonable price.

I think the best way for u to do this is by using an FM Modulator.

Yes I agree my theory is probably over engineered, but I actually have an FM transmitter right now but the sound quality is so much worse compared to CD. FM transmitters cuts out low end and high end frequency's.

Not a transmitter. Get a modulator. Its different.
