I'm wanting to take a crack at changing the door chime on my 03 Sedan and I'm wondering if anyone else has tried this yet? I've seen a few videos of other vehicles that people have done this project to. I'm pretty sure I'm aware of where the chimes harness and plug are located and I've already started looking into using a DFPlayer Mini as the chip to hold and play the music. It has a micro USB port so I figured that would be a fun option because of how easy it would be to swap to another goofy chime. I need to do some more research on how the main board is supposed to be assembled as well as good options for storing a small speaker. If anyone else has any experience on a small side project like this I would love to hear some input from other people. Attached is a picture of the DFPlayer Mini chip I plan on getting.
