Fuel pressure loss during long drifts

I was only able to find one thread about fuel pressure cutting out during high g cornering at a track. I've been drifting my 04 sedan and when the tank is below 7/8 full I begin to have fuel pressure loss in long continuous high g drifts. I really have to keep the fuel tank completely full to avoid having any issues with loss of power.

The lower the tank the more fuel starvation present. I know it's a saddle tank with no baffles but is there any solution to this issue?

04 g35 sedan with full suspension, no engine mods besides plenum spacer and increased cooling.

Thanks.

I read people have to add a helper pump to prevent fuel starvation for Trackday use, I’d imagine you are having similar issues. Good luck!

My guess would be something getting clogged in that venturi/siphon feed across the saddle in the tanks.

Have you pulled BOTH sides of the tank to make sure it's got the same fuel level on both sides?
