Wht is ur mileage
Don't worry about your MPG until after break in, usually you will get your constant mpg after about 5 tanks of gas. I get around 20mpg on average driving freeway/city.
G35coupe6mt, 10mpg, damn, were you rippin it up or what

Just topped off the second time. 500 miles total on the car. 307 miles on first tank - topped with 14.2 gallons for 21.6-ish MPG. That tank was a split of highway city.
Second tank - 180 miles, topped with 8.6 gallons. That's 20.9-ish MPG. This last tank was all city with a couple of ten mile runs on the highway.
No complaints down here. I keep my foot out of it and drive like a normal person - no problems. About what I expected.

as I get closer to the end of my break-in period my mileage is going down. I wonder why. Heavy foot? First tank netted 17.2 second tank 14 . something, and this tank, well I can tell it's going to be bad.
hmm 3300
With 3300 with the G35x I have gotten about 19-22... it is winter in the northeast and I do about 70 % highway. I will say that as you break it in you have a tendency to get on the gas a bit more to see what the car will do. That could account for a drop in MPG. I expect about 21-23 when the weather gets better. I wil lprobably switch to synthetic at the first oil change which, if it is anything like my previous cars, results in slightly higher mileage.
I get 20-23mpg city/fwy. I fail to see an improvement with diffrent gases either...ie. 89 vs. 91, Mobile vs. Chevron. I am also an aggressive driver half the time (esp. when the wifeypoo isn't onboard...hehehe).
