Suspension problem. Advice appreciated

2004 G35X 4dr Sedan 217K miles
I was lubeing my power steerting u-joint the other day and discovered another, possibly more serious problem. There is a part of my suspension that has failed or broken. I'm having trouble finding that exact part so I can order it and also don't know if this is a "get it fixed sometime" or a "get it fixed as soon as convenient" or a "Don't drive it anymore until you fix it.. you could die!!!" issue. Obviously, it doesn't seem to be having a negative effect on driving to this point.
Also, can you tell me if this can be fixed by replacing one or do I need to buy both parts? A picture of the situation is attached.
Thanks

Probably will just need the arm, but if it’s rusted tight you probably are going to want to have the lower control arm.*

Got it.. if it had been in caps I probably woulda figured it out but I can be pretty dense at times. I'll blame it on my age.... And thanks to both of you.
