so unless it was a poorly thought out april fools joke, i think it is gone? with the fed increasing prime 7 times since august 2004 (a quarter point each time), i didn't want to take the chance and took delivery before 3/31
perhaps you could push on your purchase price considering your "real" cost has changed?
best of luck!

When I signed for my G in mid-March, both my salesman and the finance manager told me the special financing was gone after the end of the month. It was primarily there for Nissan's "Million Unit" event that stopped with the end of their fiscal year on March 31.
FYI, I've found that edmunds.com does a good job of tracking incentives, rebates, dealer cash and financing specials. They're much more accurate than the Kelley Blue Book site in my experience. As of today, Infiniti has no incentives listed there.
And like eeaton said, the fed has jacked up the prime rate so much lately that I don't think we'll be seeing 1.9/2.9 percent sweetheart financing from premium sellers anytime soon. GM, Ford and Chrysler will continue to lose money on financing to move their subpar products, though.

Just checked Edmunds and they DO show 1.9 and 2.9% financing under "incentives and rebates" They say starts 4/5/05 and ends 5/2/05. However Infiniti has not reflected this in their website. My salesman says it looks like it has been extended. So I think it has a chance of being extended-as far as I'm concerned it is in the bag when it appears on Infiniti's website.

Sure does, Corgi. Edmunds added in the Infiniti offer after I posted. I stand corrected.
I checked IFS's website just now and they still list the 1.9/2.9 offer as expiring March 31, 2005. It's been my experience, though, that Edmunds is right on the money with this sort of thing. I bet you'll get the good rate for your car.
