Depends on the year i think. The 05 interior door handles and AT selector boot are leather wrapped along with the steering wheel, seats ect. I think on the 03-04 just seats and steering wheel are leather. I have an 05 so someone with an 03-04 may correct me as it may be I have only seen non-premium 03-04s.

i have an 04.5 with premium and i'm thinking that maybe the stuff behind the interior door handles (the stuff with all the squares on it) might be leather, but i'm not sure.

I am almost positive the only thing that is leather is the "SEATING SURFACES". That means where ur A$$ touches and I think where your back hits, that's all the leather you get!!! Goes for pretty much all cars although I am sure higher end models may get full leather! Steering wheel is probably leather too but after that I don't think anything is. The sides and backs of the seats are vinyl or "pleather" to the best of my knowledge.

i have a coupe but i think it might be the same...on the doors, there is a panel about 5 inches tall that runs along the whole door just above the "arm rest"

Exactly - I don't believe anything other than the steering wheel, and seat centers would be leather. Backs of seats, pleather for sure. Door panels same thing.
The dash is the same stuff used by the Germans, soft rubber like material with a cushion liner. The hard plastics use a coating to give them a softer feel.
With this, Infiniti has kept the cost low, and the value super high. My last several cars have been German, and they were mostly the same. The Germans still use better feeling materials, but this year was obviously an improvement over at Nissan.
