I used the exact same sheet as the above. So it was the right bolt and I tried clockwise when you are facing the wheel. So I guess it is just stuck there.

I'll give it a second try this weekend and thanks to "darylnl" for the offer but I live in Canada.

And yes, maybe it is gonna to be easier with a beer!
