Question about rims fitment..wondering if anyone can help me

I was interested in buying a set of rims off someone online..The rims are staggered 19 by 8.5 front and 19 by 9.5 on the back..But the offsets are 40 on front and back..will this fit my 03 sedan..will i run into any problems if i buy these rims and decide to drop the car ?

You won't be able to run 275's in back unless you do something about the fender lip's, roll them or cut them back as SoCalTed did (least that what to me it looks like he did).
Though nothing would stop you from running 255's in back.
