Angry I thought the new car curse was over. Wrong!

I have had my car for just over a month and I thought my new car curse was over. I was wrong. I pulled out of my spot at the grocery store on Saturday and I heard a horrible crunch. I was parked on the side of the store so there wasn't a row of cars behind me. Someone left a cart against the curb and I pinned it between my trunk and the curb. Because of my spoiler and the curve of the asphalt I couldn't see it until I heard the impact. The damage is minimal, the spoiler is cracked where it attaches to the trunk lid. What a bummer. Can they repair the damage or is it a better cost savings to get a new spoiler?

Sorry to hear about that...
It's amazing how inconsiderate some people are.
I hate going into parking lots when I see shopping carts scattered arround the lot.

Hopefull that's the end of your "new car curse"
Good Luck.

Sorry for your accident.

Before I drive/move any of my vehicles, I do a walk-around checking material condition and that the area is clear. It only takes a minute and it's worked so far.

I'd just get it repaired. But, I can't say for sure without a picture or something. Sorry about your accident. I kinda know how you feel. I leave my car at home and ride my bullet bike alot. The other day my dad decided to move my car out of the garage and accidently put it into 6th gear instead of reverse. He bumped into the curb and scratched my front bumper. I just ordered a factory lip so it will cover it up. Oh well though, good excuse for a front lip.

That sucks man...it really pisses me off how lazy some people are...they can't walk the extra 20 feet to put the shopping cart somewhere safe...i hope thats the end of your "new car curse"
