I'm using dino.... after reading lots of VOAs and UOAs... Chevron/Havoline 5W30 SM changed at 4-5k intervals is what I'll be doing. Using OEM nissan filter as well. Funny how I have a Nissan and Infiniti dealership down the street and Nissan sells the filter cheaper than the Inifiniti dealership.
