Need volunteer for new hitch in VA

On my350z.com, a guy has fabricated a new hitch that bolts to the actual bumper bar and is hidden, completely hidden, when no trailer is attached. He thinks he can redesign it to fit the sedan if there us a volunteer in VA. The thread is in the autocross forum. Please, is there a volunteer?
