Tire Size?

Will 245/40/20 tires work on 20 inch rims on a 03 G35 Sedan? Or 255/35/20?
I previously had 245/35/20 I wanted to go higher with 40 series or wider with 255.

I have 255/35/20 pirelli's on 20x8.5 rims with a +40 offset on my 03 sedan. They fit just fine. No problems with rubbing.
