I guess everyone thinks differently. I don't think I should adjust my way of pumping gas if it was a car's issue. Hopefully they can fix it for me.

05 sedan. Never had a problem. I don't engage the pump all the way into the neck and it has worked fine. I use stations all over town.

I had it shut off prematurely for the 1st time a week ago at a Mobil station. Since we are not trusted to pump our own gas in Jersey, the attendant had to come back and start it up again. He said it happens all the time to him on G's and 350Z's. Maybe they have the same gas tank assembly? However he did have a trick to keep it from over filling. He put the nozzle all the way in the car like you should, but he held it sideways. I know its a pain since you have to actually hold it, but it seemed to work for him with no overspill. Maybe that will help you out.
