Replace Fog Lights.

Hi, I have the G35 Sedan and want to change the fog lights to aftermarket white to match my main lights. Can someone tell me how to disasssemble the headlamp unit?

You don't have to disassemble the headlamp unit. Do a search... There's a DIY out there somewhere. Easiest way is to remove the front wheels and go in behind the lining of the front wheel wells.

BTW.. Welcome to the forums! Good to have you join us.

u dont even have to remove the wheels..all u have to do is jack the car up and u can reach the inside plastic lining. Its very easy. I just replaced my parking lights to match with my HID's

I suppose I should just go look under my car but I'll ask anyways. Will lifting the car up also work with 05 G35? Cause that'd be great!
I also want to replace the internal lights and parking lights to match HID. Any tips?

I think the easiest way is to just turn the wheels in towards the engine depending on what side your working on and then taking off the three locks that hold in the fender well lining and just pulling back the lining to access the lights. Thats what I did and I even replaced the clearance bulb in the sedan this way with no problems

PIAA LED super white P/N 19263 is a perfect match. I also replaced my fogs/high but I'm really not impressed by it. It's has more of a blue tint than I'd care for. I used the RAZZO by NOPI for that. You'll be able to find a better match than that. Also taking the wheels off just gives you more ease of work because the clearance lights can be a PITA

Are there any DIY videos on how to change the headlamp bulbs? I lack self-confidence when it comes to messing with anything that isn't cabin related. It sounds simple to do, but almost too simple.
