05 G35X - my controls on the driver's door have amber lights in them at night, except the window lock button

Anyone else?

 

Can someone verify if the window lock button has an amber backlight for me?

 

There is no backlight for my Window Lock Switch as well. I had asked this previously and received the same response from others here.

It does seem odd that all other switches in that cluster are backlit except one. Does anyone have a rationale or guess as to why?

 

I searched but nothing relevant came up...

Well - thanks! At least i dont have to take the door apart now!

It is odd though, no? You would think they would light it just to make it look consistent?

My '05 is the same way, must be okay.

 

I did not notice that there was no backlight for window lock, until I saw this thread.
Why did Infiniti have to cheap out ?
