The TL's clutch is VERY light and provides absoltuely no resistance when depressed. I test drove a friend's car and stalled at least half a dozen times before I could figure how to shift properly.
In contrast the G's clutch was felt heavy enough and provided the right amount of resistance and I never felt that I was going to stall.

I don't own a m/t G but I test drove one this past weekend. To me it's pretty stiff. What's funny is I drove my accord last night and when I stepped into the clutch it was so light. I quickly opened the hood and checked the clutch fluid to make sure it's not low or something. Then I walked back into the car and said to myself "wait something is wrong". Then I finally figured it out...it was the G...haha

it get's lighter the more you driver i noticed in my coupe.
off topic, but does anyone else's make noise when cold starting the car. I push in the clutch and turn the ignition put into neutral and let off the clutch. it sounds as though it's not fully disengaged because when i push it in, the noise goes away

I've never had a problem with the clutch in my 6MT. I did adjust it to get rid of some play at the bottom.
Now the gearbox? Yeah. That sucked. Especially 2nd gear.
It's finally loosening up after about 2K miles. But it could still be looser and based on the wear so far it will be. I can't slap it around yet which is what I want. Nothing to do with the clutch though.
